Customers must apply for a refund within 5 days from the date of service purchase.
Refund requests made after 5 days will not be eligible.
Once a refund is approved and processed, it may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
If a customer requests to pause or hold the service, the paid amount will be kept on hold for up to 1 year from the payment date. After this period, the service will be considered expired.
Before approving any refund, we reserve the right to make all reasonable efforts to complete the service. If a refund is issued due to non-completion from our end, a 20% cancellation fee + earned fee + any government/third-party charges will be deducted.

All processing charges, payment gateway fees, administrative costs, and manpower costs are non-refundable.

Certain processes depend entirely on Government departments or third-party systems. Therefore, the following do not qualify for a refund:

Such dependencies are beyond our control and do not constitute service failure.
6. Unnatural Force
Quicktab Ld Esolutions Private Limited shall not be liable for delays, non-performance, or failure of services due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake, storm, etc.)

War, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest

Epidemics or pandemics

Government actions or change in laws

Strikes, lockouts, or labor disruptions

Internet outages, technical failures, or acts of God
In such events, refunds cannot be processed.
